In 2003, Dave co-founded
TriCon Technical Services Inc. with the
vision of building an elite professional
services and training company.
In 2004, Dave was selected to work with
Microsoft’s technical SMSGR and GTR
departments to create internal Microsoft
training materials. Based on the
success of these projects Dave became a
world-wide lead instructor for Windows
Vista Escalation Engineers. To date he
has helped author over 40 courses for
Microsoft. Dave has led TriCon
through explosive growth at 100% per
annum. |

Cristal Kawula, President and
Co-Founder |

As a founding
member and President of TriCon, Cristal
has been an integral part of the
tremendous growth of the company.
Between 2004 and 2007, she has been
actively working with Microsoft’s SMSGR
and GTR departments to create internal
training materials. Being certified in
Microsoft technologies has allowed her
to bridge the gap between technical and
business requirements of a growing IT
company. She’s been involved in hiring
of technical and business employees at
TriCon. Having this solid understanding
of technical skills has allowed her to
build business processes at TriCon and
steward continued growth and success.

Bradley Fox, Vice President of

For over
20 years, Bradley has been involved with
IT in a variety of roles serving both
public and private sector accounts from
small businesses to large enterprises.
In 2006, Bradley joined TriCon to
strengthen existing customer and
industry relationships and to drive
exceptional growth. Through his
leadership and vision, TriCon has formed
trusted relationships with Dell, Citrix,
Microsoft and other business partners.
Today, TriCon is recognized as a leader
in providing solutions that are
optimized to leverage technology to the
